Program Description
RATIONALE
.Financial statements are a critical tool for decision-making, yet their complexity, evolving standards, and regulatory demands often pose challenges. This programme will equip participants with the skills to understand key accounting concepts, interpret ratios for decision making and be introduced to some standards/regulations guiding financial reporting. It will again focus identifying some basic risks that can be inferred from the financial statements to aid strategic decision making. Participants will also be introduced to the ALCO/ALMAC process and the roles of key players within the ALCO framework.
