For banks and financial institutions, understanding the complete transaction lifecycle across these different networks is critical for optimizing revenue, managing operational risks, reducing disputes, and delivering seamless customer experiences.

This programme addresses the technical and operational knowledge gap in card transaction processing, focusing specifically on the Ghanaian context to enhance efficiency and competitiveness in the local market.

  • Module 5: Gh-Link/Domestic Processing Framework: Overview of GhIPSS and Gh-Link operations/Ezwich Interoperability with international schemes
  • Module 6: Risk Management and Compliance: Dispute handling and chargeback procedures
  • Module 7: Operational Best Practices: Monitoring transaction performance and error handling
  •  Module 8: Identifying cost elements and optimizing Card Income.
